You've imported the players and checked the list twice. You're at the check-in table and a parent comes to the booth and says "Susie wants to be a Goalie this year" but you had her down as a Forward. No worries, we have you covered when it comes to making player profile edits directly from the check-in page.

Below is a quick video on how to edit a player's information directly from the Player Check-In page within an assessment.

If you're more of a reader, we'll walk through the editing steps below.

Step 1: Navigate to the Player Check-In page within an Assessment

First click on Players, then click Player Check-In (this can also be called the Player Assignments page if you are using a feedback assessment).

Step 2: Click on the Assignment box for the player you wish to edit.

The Assignment box is under the Assignment column, to the left of the player's name. The box might be Yellow or Green depending on if the player is checked into the app or not.

Step 3: Click on the Player Info or Player Custom Fields tab to expose the editing fields.

If you are editing a player's standard fields, click on the Player Info tab. If you need to edit a custom field you've added into the player's profiles, click on Player Custom Fields.

Step 4: Make your changes then click the Save and Close button.

You are able to edit one or multiple fields. Once you have completed the edits, remember to click Save and Close.

The new information will be saved to the player's master profile, so you only need to update it once for it to update across all assessments the player is participating in.
