If you need to generate a specific Access Key for evaluators based on who and when they'll be evaluating, Advanced Access Keys gives you the flexibility to choose the sessions, pools and eval groups they have access to for scoring.

Generating an Advanced Access Key
Click on the Advanced Access Key tab under Setup.
Click Create Advanced Access Key.
Now you'll be able to select the specific items you want to give access to with the Access Key. Select your items, then click Save.
Note: Selecting an Eval Group within a Player Pool and Session allows the evaluator to score on the specific eval group for the pool it's under within the session you've selected. You do not need to click every box above the eval group level. The system will automatically do that for you.
In the example below, the Advanced Access Key gives an evaluator access to score the Red team within the U12 Girls Player Pool for both the Tryout day 1 and Game 1 sessions.
Sharing the Advanced Access Key via Email
For quick and easy sharing of the Access Key, click the Email icon in between the Edit and Trash can icon to email your evaluators this Access Key. You can include multiple evaluators and a customized message.
The evaluator will receive an email from TeamGenius with the Access Key and a direct link to the evaluation for the specific items you've generated within the key.
