Once your registration period has closed, you are able to close the Registration Form and archive it. 


Closing a Registration Form


Hover over the Player tab in the top navigation menu, then click on Registrations.


Hover over the 3 vertical dots to the right of the registration form name, then go to Edit. 



Toggle the button the the right of the Open field to No. This will ensure no one else is able to register who might have the Registration Form URL. 



Archiving a Registration Form


Once the form has been closed, you can now archive the form. You'll still be able to view the data from the Registration Form, but it will remove it from your active list. 


Hover over the Player tab in the top navigation menu, then click on Registrations.


Click on the Closed tab. 




Hover over the 3 vertical dots to the right of the Registration Form name, then click Archive. You'll see a pop up window to confirm you wish to archive the form. Click Yes to proceed. 


Viewing and Cloning Archived Registration Forms


Once the form has been archived, you can view it under the Archived tab. 



Hover over the 3 vertical dots to the right of the Registration Form name to:

  • Dashboard - Go to the Registration Form Dashboard to view registered players
  • Edit - Edit the Registration Form
  • Clone - Clone the Registration Form to create a duplicate of it
  • Restore - Restore the form to use again
