If you are unable to find the answer you are looking for within our Help Center, follow one of the two options below to submit a support ticket.
1 - Click the blue Help button at the bottom right of the login page or when signed into the software as an administrator.
Click on the "Contact Us" button.
Fill out the form and provide as much context as possible. You are able able to submit a screen shot or file which is often very helpful for the team and can cut down on the time it takes to find a solution for you.
Click "Send" once the form is completed.
2 - Email our team via firstname.lastname@example.org
Please include as much information in the email as possible, including screen shots and any files that will help our team find a solution for you as quickly as possible.
Emailing the above address will automatically create a ticket for you. You will receive an email notification once the ticket has been submitted.
