Your organization must have media turned on for the option to capture media to show up in the mobile app. This is an Elite tier feature.
After media is uploaded it can be viewed on the admin side and shared in reports with players and parents.
To view media recorded, you have two options:
1 - Within the assessment, click on the Results tab. Click on Player Rankings. The Media tab will show you any media files (both photos and videos) taken of the player during the evaluation process.
2 - Click on your name in the upper right of the screen when in the TeamGenius admin platform. Click on Players. Search for the player in the Search box then click Edit. Click on the Media tab to see all media files recorded across assessments.
