TeamGenius gives you the ability to upload a profile image for each player. This can be done from either the Manage Players page on the web app by an administrator or the TeamGenius mobile app by an evaluator (if permissions have been granted).
When a picture is uploaded, the face will automatically be detected and cropped, making the perfect profile picture to help identify players in other areas.

Adding a profile image using the web application
Click on the Players button in the top left navigation.
Click the "Edit" button to the left of the player.
Select "Profile Image" in the horizontal menu bar.
Click the "Select an image..." button, then browse and select the image to use.
The image will be uploaded and shown in the frame. It may take a minute to process.
When the profile image is completed, it will be shown in the box to the right, and in the image frame in the navigation bar on the left.
Adding a profile image using the mobile application
Important Note: This must be enabled within the assessment by an administrator.
To the left of the player listings on your mobile device is a camera icon.
Tapping this opens a window where you may take a photo directly from your device.
All photos go through the TeamGenius facial recognition and cropping software. When the profile image is ready, then after the assessment information is refreshed the player will now have a profile image next to their name and player number.
