If you notice a comment you'd rather not have printed on a player report, or if a score was entered incorrectly (500 versus 50) and you are a System Admin of your TeamGenius account, you have the ability to edit comments and scores. 


To do this, navigate to Manage Scores after selecting Results from the left side menu.



 


In the next window, you will see a table with all the raw data entered for players by evaluators.  Use the search bar at the top left of the table to search for the player or evaluator for who you'd like to make changes. 

 


You can also search by evaluator by clicking the Evaluator button within the left side navigation menu. 



Once you've found the score or comment, click in that cell to activate the edit feature and make desired changes.


You will notice edited cells will turn green. 


Once you are satisfied with your changes, click on the green "Save Changes" button.



Note - you can edit a score to 0. This will, however, calculate in to the player's overall score as a 0. Please contact our support team by submitting a ticket if you urgently need scores deleted.
