Navigate to Player Check-in under Players in the left side menu.
Clicking this brings you to the full player list of registered players for the selected assessment.
To see all players in your TeamGenius player database, click on "All Players."
In order for players to be available for scoring, you need to ensure each player has been assigned a player # and a player pool. Use the search bar at the top to find the player you are checking in.
Notice you may also have the option to filter your list by player pool if they have been pre-assigned.
To the left of the player name, you will see one of two views under the Assignment column.
The "Unassigned" status needs a player pool and player # to be assigned to the player. The "2006 Boys" status has a player pool assigned (your club may use different player pool names) but still needs a player # assignment.
Next, click on the yellow rectangle. Doing so opens a pop-up window with that player’s picture (if previously taken), name, and birthdate for verification. You may then select a player pool (if necessary) and give them a player number. Next, click on the "Eval Group" drops down menu.
Next, click on the drop-down menu for "Eval Group."
Select "+Create new group" and type the name of the Eval Group in the space provided to the right.
Previously entered Eval Groups will auto-populate in the drop-down menu and are easily selected.
In the example below, Eval Groups A and B were previously entered.
At the bottom of the pop-out window, you will see in red a "Delete Assignment" button or a "Delete Assignment" and "Delete Registration" buttons.
Clicking on "Delete Assignment" will remove the player pool and/or player # assignment for this player. Clicking on "Delete Registration" will remove this player from the list of players registered for this assessment.
Click on "Save" to return to the list of players.
