Below are some common quick fixes to thing you might run into.
1. Log out and back in. (Upper right corner menu)
2. Clear cookies. ----- See how to clear in Chrome HERE
3. Make sure all evaluators are selected in score view.
4. Make sure include reports is selected. (When sending reports via messaging)
5. Use Google Chrome. (This is the best supported browser for using TeamGenius)
6. Make sure mobile app is updated.
7. Trigger a refresh in the mobile app. (Do this if you do not see all scores you know were entered from the evaluator side mobile app)
